The AtLantic Institute of Oriental Medicine aka ATOM is located in sunny downtown FT Lauderdale. This school is the "last stop" for those looking for an authentic, diverse and enlightening experience to learn the ancient art and science of chinese medicine. Infact, ATOM works directly with Shangai University in China and is known as the "sister" university to ATOM. Upon graduation students are strongly encouraged to study abroad in china for either a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year internship in a local hospital.

The professors at ATOM are accomplished masters in the field of chinese medicine who are also kind compassionate and caring practitioners. They are always willing to help the students.

If your looking for a school that is a cut above the rest and want to learn from accomplished masters in a zen like environment, this is the school for you!

Let me add, however, that NO school is perfect. Every school has their issues. I can assure you that this school has less than most! I certainly would know as this is my third school! Thirds a charm!
