Lok-Yee Kung

Lok Yee Kung made Nevada the first state in the union to legalize the practice of acupuncture and oriental medicine in 1973. There may be other firsts but he was the man that made it LEGAL to practice it in United States back in 1973. Back then when Western medicine were not known in United States, he was determine to prove it is effective.
